- Our only form of communication is through email. Please ensure you can be reached at the email address provided.
- You are strongly encouraged to leave an alternative contact number in the comments box when checking out so that the local courier can reach you.
- If we do not hear from you within the stipulated period provided by local courier or local customs, your parcel will be destroyed with no refund or compensation.

Taxes Information
The import taxes, if any, are not included. You may be required to make tax payment when the parcel arrives in your country.
Custom-related & Handling Fees
If your parcel arrives in your country and is subjected to checks or handling fees required by the authorities, please make payment to the forwarder or authorities directly. The shipping fee paid does not include additional charges incurred in your country.
Covid-19 Pandemic Delays
Please expect a longer transit time during this period due to reduced international flights and partial/full lockdowns in some countries.
Redirecting of Parcels
In event of any unforeseen delays, we are unable to redirect your parcels to another address in same or another country. Please contact the forwarder directly and bear any additional charges billed by the forwarder.
No PO Box
We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
No Monitoring Policy
Due to our shipping volume, we do not monitor the parcel status after they are picked up by our forwarder. Please monitor the status on the link sent to you. We strictly do not follow up on any shipment status beyond 30 days after shipping out.

Australia & New Zealand
Additional USD29.45 surcharge applies for areas categorized as remote area by the respective forwarders. This will not be reflected at checkout and you will be contacted separately. We do not process cash refunds if you choose to cancel your order. You may however, opt to change your delivery address.
China
Recent regulatory changes in China on education system. Custom clearance will be at your risk and discretion.
India
KYC and payment documents required by forwarder. Additional charges may apply and to be paid by customer.
Indonesia/ Jakarta
Passport number needed for customs clearance. Please leave your passport number in the comment box when checking out.
Korea
Your VAT ID (format: P123123123123) is required for shipping. Please leave your VAT ID in the comment box when checking out. Kindly provide your name and address in English.
Malaysia
You will be subjected to Malaysian customs handling fee. Please make payment to J&T Malaysia directly.
Saudi/ UAE
Additional 10% on your order value is required on top up for your import taxes and handling fees.
United Kingdom
Additional 20% on your order value is required on top up for your import taxes and handling fees for orders above £135

All prices are denominated in US Dollars.
How Are Shipping Charges Calculated?
All shipping charges will be automatically calculated based on the weight of your order at checkout after you provide your delivery address. The shipping cost per book is lower when you purchase more books.
We work with major forwarders such as DHL, FedEx and Aramex. Our air freight rates are competitive due to our shipping volume. We encourage you to opt for air freight option for faster delivery and better tracking.
There will be additional charges for delivery addresses defined "remote" by our shipping partners.
Do I Get A Tracking Number On My Order?
If you have opted for shipping option with tracking, the tracking number will be updated in our system once your parcel has been sent out. You will also receive a notification e-mail from us.
Returns Or Exchanges
We reserve the right to cancel items in the order. We strictly do not exchange or accept any return items.
Can You Track My Undelivered Or Missing Parcel?
We will provide you with the contact details of our shipping forwarder for faster and more effective communication between you and the forwarder.
Economy Sea Shipping: In the unfortunate event of any loss or missing parcels, the shipping partner (Singpost) will only investigate the case after 90 days from case lodgement. We are not responsible for any lost parcels.
